Orders and bookings

• An order or booking is accepted when we confirm it. Until then we may decline it — for example if something is no longer available — and you will not be charged.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise. Delivery and service charges are shown before you pay.
• Some bookings need a deposit or full payment in advance. Any cancellation, deposit or no-show terms are shown before you book, and form part of these terms.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. If a payment fails, the order or booking is not confirmed.

Cancellations, refunds and your rights

If something is wrong with what you ordered or booked, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right or refund you as appropriate. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Using this website

• Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for anything unlawful.
• The text, images and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy them for commercial use.
• We try to keep information here accurate and available, but we may change or withdraw it, and the website may sometimes be unavailable.
• Links to other websites (such as maps) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
